Creatgram provides AI-powered tools for generating and editing images, creating video content, using AI chat, publishing user-created content, managing prompts, and accessing the service through the website and Telegram Mini App.

By creating an account, signing in with Telegram or Google, purchasing credits or subscriptions, submitting prompts, uploading files, or using any feature of Creatgram, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login method, email, Telegram account, Google account, and device access secure. You may not create duplicate accounts to bypass limits, credits, subscriptions, referral rules, moderation, or access restrictions.

Creatgram may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that are used for abuse, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.

3. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Creatgram may use credits, subscriptions, trial access, Telegram Stars, card payments, USDT, or other enabled payment methods to provide access to paid features. Credits are internal platform units and cannot be withdrawn, transferred outside Creatgram, exchanged for cash, or sold.

Prices, available plans, credit costs, and supported payment methods may change. Any active subscription or paid access remains subject to the terms presented at checkout and the technical availability of the service.

6.1.1. Current Subscription Plans

All currently configured subscription prices are shown in USD. The active plans and included credits are:

The plan descriptions currently shown at checkout state that the 7-day plan includes up to 400 photos and the 30-day plan includes up to 1,600 photos. Actual credit consumption depends on the model and generation option selected, and the applicable credit cost is shown before generation.

No weekly trial plan, monthly trial plan, quarterly plan, or automatic recurring renewal plan is currently configured in Creatgram. If such a plan is introduced, its price, duration, renewal terms, and included credits will be displayed at checkout before purchase and this section will be updated.

6.1.2. Renewal and Access

The active plans are purchased for a fixed access period and are not currently configured for automatic recurring renewal. Access begins when payment is confirmed and ends when the purchased period expires. Credits are added according to the selected plan and are subject to the applicable account and service rules.

6.2. Payment Terms and Refunds

Payment methods and the final amount payable are displayed at checkout. The payment currency for the currently active plans is USD, including when the payment is processed through an enabled provider or Telegram Stars equivalent.

Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law, the payment provider's rules, the subscription status, and the services or credits already provided. Credits already consumed and services already delivered may be excluded from any refund where permitted by law.

A full refund may be available where the Service was not provided because of a confirmed technical error on the Service side.

For EU consumers, any applicable withdrawal right is subject to the rules for digital content and services that have already been delivered or started with the User's consent.

6.3. Taxes

Prices are displayed in USD. Any applicable taxes, VAT, provider fees, or legally required charges will be shown or applied at checkout where required.

4. User Content

You are responsible for prompts, images, files, text, profile information, published posts, comments, and other content you submit or generate. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload source materials and use the generated output.

You may not use Creatgram to create or distribute illegal, harmful, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. Creatgram may remove content, hide prompts, limit publishing, or block generation when content violates these Terms or platform safety rules.

5. Generated Output

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other generated content, or unsuitable for a specific use. Creatgram does not guarantee that generated images, videos, prompts, or chat responses will meet subjective expectations or be fit for a particular commercial, legal, medical, financial, or professional purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing output before publication or use and for complying with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party rights.

6. Platform Rights

Creatgram owns or licenses the software, interface, databases, workflows, pricing logic, moderation systems, and service infrastructure. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform technology to you.

We may use aggregated or anonymized usage data to improve service reliability, safety, ranking, recommendations, billing accuracy, and AI workflow quality.

7. Availability and Changes

Creatgram aims to provide stable access, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, payment gateway issues, Telegram or Google service interruptions, network problems, abuse prevention, or force majeure events.

We may update features, plans, limits, models, credit pricing, safety controls, and these Terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creatgram is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, failed generations, third-party provider outages, or user misuse of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, Creatgram's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Support and Contact

Questions about accounts, payments, privacy, moderation, or legal requests can be submitted through the support links available inside Creatgram settings or through the official Telegram support channel configured in the app.

2. Information We Collect

We may process account information such as email, name, phone number, Telegram ID, Telegram username, Telegram profile data, Google account ID, Google email, Google display name, and profile picture when you choose those login methods.

We may process usage data, device and browser data, IP address, language, region, referral codes, payment transaction metadata, subscription state, credit balance, prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images or videos, chat messages, published posts, reviews, and support requests.

3. Why We Use Data

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide AI generation and chat features, calculate credits and subscriptions, process payments, prevent fraud, enforce safety rules, personalize the interface, provide support, maintain logs, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Depending on your location and the feature used, processing may be based on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or legal obligations such as payment, tax, accounting, and abuse prevention requirements.

5. Payments and Providers

Payment details may be processed by enabled payment providers such as Telegram Stars, card payment providers, crypto payment routes, or manual transfer systems. Creatgram stores payment status, gateway references, amounts, currency, subscription status, and related metadata needed to complete and audit transactions.

6. Images, Prompts, and Generated Content

Uploaded files, prompts, references, and generated outputs are processed to provide the requested feature. Some content may be stored in your account history, gallery, drafts, published posts, or moderation queues. Prompts that are protected by subscription or author settings are not intentionally made public.

7. Sharing

We may share limited data with infrastructure providers, AI model providers, payment processors, Telegram or Google login services, analytics or security tools, and legal authorities when required. We do not sell personal data.

8. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, billing, security, and dispute handling. Generated content and logs may be retained according to operational needs, subscription status, moderation requirements, and backup cycles. You may request deletion where applicable.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

Creatgram uses essential cookies or local storage for sessions, language, preferences, cached app state, referral attribution, PWA behavior, and security. Disabling essential storage may prevent login or core app functions from working correctly.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures such as access controls, authentication, encrypted transport, protected routes, server-side validation, audit logs, and authorization checks for user files and downloads. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may contact support through the support links available inside Creatgram settings.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect feature, legal, provider, payment, or security changes. The current version is available inside Creatgram and continued use after publication means you have reviewed the updated policy.
